Le projet consiste en une reconversion d’un ancien entrepôt industriel en un complexe sportif privé qui accueille du public pour la pratique de sports divers.
Le complexe possède deux terrains de futsal aux normes nationales, deux terrains de badminton, un terrain de squash, une salle de fitness et des vestiaires.
Ce complexe possède également des espaces permettant la réception de séminaires puis un espace de restauration / bar pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 100 personnes.
Le projet a été pensé de manière à pouvoir s’agrandir facilement sur l’arrière pour permettre la création aisée de nouvelles salles de sport.
Il a également été pensé de manière à pouvoir être transformable facilement dans le cas où il devrait être revendu. Ainsi, le bâtiment peut aisément devenir un bâtiment industriel avec son espace d’accueil et ses locaux sociaux.
La structure du bâtiment a pu être conservée : charpente métallique et bardage. Ce dernier a été repeint pour prendre la nouvelle identité visuelle du lieu.
Le dallage a été repris afin d’égaliser les niveaux intérieurs. Dans la zone de restauration, ce dallage a été teinté dans la masse, sans ajout de revêtement de sol, afin de conserver l’esprit industriel du bâtiment.
